COVID UPDATE; April 2021

 

Attention MPRHOA Members, Guests and Other Visitors

All Common Areas in MPRHOA

 COVID-19 WARNING

MPRHOA is held harmless if you do not follow all social distancing, CDC, and below guidelines.  You and your guests are entering the MPRHOA common areas at your own risk.  This includes the pool areas, tennis, pickleball, playgrounds, volleyball , basketball and all other common areas within MPRHOA.   Fenced in areas; like the pool and tennis courts are more detailed and mentioned below.

Pool Areas:    

  • MPRHOA Members and their Guests ONLY. 
  • Maximum allowed in pool area at one time is 50 people, per the Maricopa Assessors Office guidelines
  • Anyone entering the pool and pool area takes responsibility for your own protection and for disinfecting your hands and anything you touch in the pool area.
  • The danger of exposure to the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 exists almost everywhere.
  • Do not use the pool if you have a cough, fever or other symptoms of illness.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet between you and other people who are not a part of your household.
  • It is recommended to wear face covering and gloves when you are not in the swimming pool.
  • No large groups or pool parties, however residents of same household can swim together.
  • Residents should bring hand sanitizer.
  • Wash hands frequently, cover cough and sneezes.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • If you are at higher risk for severe illness, you should avoid visiting pools. People at higher risk for severe illness include adults 65 or older and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions.
  • Do NOT touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  • After leaving the pool, use hand sanitizer. When you get home, wash your hands with soap & water for at least 20 seconds.
  • All children under 18 must be accompanied by a supervisor.
  • Hand sanitizer will be placed around the pool area.
  • Please read and be familiar with all CDC guidelines, as this is your responsibility prior to entering the pool area, at: https://www.cdc.gov/

 

Tennis Courts:

 

  • MPRHOA Members and their Guests ONLY. 
  • Anyone entering the tennis court area takes responsibility for your own protection and for disinfecting your hands and anything you touch.
  • The danger of exposure to the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 exists almost everywhere.
  • Do not use the tennis courts if you have a cough, fever or other symptoms of illness.

Our current hours during COVID are as follows;

Rec 1 (Ranch Circle South) 630am-830pm

Rec 2 (Ranch Circle North) 8am-630pm

Rec 3 (Thunderhill) 9am-730pm

Please note, once we have a full pool staff (Memorial Day-Labor Day) those hours may change. We are leaving time to allow for staff to properly disinfect the pool areas.
