*Fountain Update:

• Chandler Road & 28th Street fountain pump was repaired Friday, November 16th and is operating successfully.
• New 15 HP pump for Twin Lakes (Ranch Circle South/Mountain Parkway) will ship from the factory on December 6th and is estimated to be installed by December 20th.

We arerently replacing pumps and motors on two of our lakes, this is why you are not seeing the pond fountain operating. We anticipate the repairs to be completed soon. No wildlife, fish or fowl is being compromised or harmed during this time because the pond aerators are running at full capacity. Thank you for your patience during these repairs.
