Updated Recreation Center Pool Hours

The recreation center pool located on Ranch Circle South and Mountain Parkway will now open at 6 am each day, unless there is a wind or other type of storm, repairs, or some other factor to hold off opening.   We are also adjusting the hours at the other pool recreation centers and will update you as we get closer to that adjusted time period.

 COVID-19 WARNING

 

MPRHOA is held harmless if you do not follow all social distancing, CDC, and below guidelines.  You and your guests are entering the pool area at your own risk. 

MAXIMUM PEOPLE ALLOWED INSIDE FENCED AREAS IS 50 PEOPLE AT ONE TIME, TO ADHERE TO CDC GUIDELINES ON SAFE DISTANCING.  

  • MPRHOA Members and their Guests ONLY. 
  • Anyone entering the pool and pool area takes responsibility for your own protection and for disinfecting your hands and anything you touch in the pool area.
  • The danger of exposure to the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 exists almost everywhere.
  • Do not use the pool if you have a cough, fever or other symptoms of illness.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet between you and other people who are not a part of your household.
  • It is recommended to wear face covering and gloves when you are not in the swimming pool.
  • No large groups or pool parties, however residents of same household can swim together.
  • Residents should bring hand sanitizer.
  • Wash hands frequently, cover cough and sneezes.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • If you are at higher risk for severe illness, you should avoid visiting pools. People at higher risk for severe illness include adults 65 or older and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions.
  • Do NOT touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  • After leaving the pool, use hand sanitizer. When you get home, wash your hands with soap & water for at least 20 seconds.
  • All children under 18 must be accompanied by a supervisor.
  • Hand sanitizer will be placed around the pool area.
  • The use of pool toys and floats are prohibited.
  • Please read and be familiar with all CDC guidelines, as this is your responsibility prior to entering the pool area, at: https://www.cdc.gov/

Mountain Park Ranch Community Pool Information

  • Pool Rules
Keys are to be transferred from seller to buyer at the time the property is sold and only one key is issued per household. Pools require an electronic fob for access. The tennis court key is brass. Lost or replacement keys can be purchased from the HOA Office anytime between; Monday – Thursday, from 8 am – 3 pm for $25 each, cash or check. Please bring your driver’s license and a utility bill with your name and property address on it.

List of Pool Rules Monitors Enforce

The pool area is reserved for Mountain Park Ranch residents only. Each resident is permitted to bring a maximum of 4 guests. 1 Pool key per household; 4 guests per pool key.

  • Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied and supervised at all times.
  • Children under 12 are not allowed in or around the jacuzzi.
  • No sliding down the stair railing.
  • No playing with the stair railing covers.
  • Skimmer covers must be on at all times.

  • No alcohol
  • No smoking or electronic devices for smoking purposes
  • No pets (service animals are permitted)
  • No running
  • No bicycles, skateboards or rollerblades
  • No motor scooters (handicap purposes only)

  • No diving
  • No glass
  • No loud music (headphones/earbuds preferred)
  • No water balloons
  • No horseplay
  • No fire pits/barbeques

Items Not Permitted in the Pool

  • Boats or rafts
  • Giant inner tubes
  • Beach balls
  • Floating animals (big enough to ride)
  • Denim or cloth shorts/cut offs
  • Cloth diapers on babies

Items Permitted in the Pool

  • Swim diapers for babies (Swimmy)
  • Infant floats
  • Child arm floats
  • Noodles

    ***DO NOT APPLY FIRST AID TO ANYONE. First aid kits are available at each pool and the supplies may be distributed if a minor injury occurs.

    For your own safety the recreation centers close during periods of storms or high winds.
