Welcome to the Mountain Park Ranch Community
Mountain Park Ranch covers almost 3000 acres and is made up of a master association with 9 sub-associations in beautiful Phoenix (Ahwatukee) Arizona. We offer breathtaking views of surrounding mountains, numerous parks and tennis courts, pickleball courts, sparkling pools and Rec Centers for our members. Close by, you will find shopping, schools, libraries and great roads for the quick ride in the main valley.

Mountain Park Ranch Recreation and Pool Areas
Mountain Park Ranch maintains three beautiful recreational areas that include pool, spa, tennis courts, children’s pool and playground area, volleyball and picnic areas for our members to use. Let’s work together as a community to keep these areas clean and safe for all to use. Please note all amenities at MPRHOA are use at your own risk.
Please note: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day the pool and pool areas will be closed.
