Properties that back up to the hillside preserves and have any dead plants or trees that could be a potential fire hazard, please contact the HOA office.  The HOA is allowed to trim back up to 10 feet from the back fence line to the preserve, however the HOA is not allowed to go up on preserves and cut down, trim, etc., any landscaping over 10 feet away from property lines.  We understand some homeowners prefer to have trees and brush behind their homes for privacy and shade.  The HOA does periodic inspections and drain cleaning behind homes on preserves, but with your help we can address any concerns or potential fire hazards.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with dead trees or plants.
