The community olive trees will be trimmed the week beginning 2/2/2026.  It is expected to take 2 weeks.  Weather permitted, during that time they will also be sprayed.

As of January 1, 2025 the price for key fobs for recreation center access will increase to $40. As a reminder, there is only one fob allowed per property.
