Attention MPRHOA Members and Guests The Recreation Center Pool and Pool area located on Thunderhill near Ray Road will be closed starting on: Monday, February 24, 2025 thru Monday March 10, 2025, for maintenance. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
As of January 1, 2025 the price for key fobs for recreation center access will increase to $40. As a reminder, there is only one fob allowed per property.
You can now schedule your bulk pick up directly with the city of Phoenix Please do not set trash out until an appointment is made and you are within 7 days of this appointment date.
*UPDATE* The ballots have been counted and the results are 1,240 YES votes to 111 NO votes. This means the Association will continue to monitor/regulate streets.
