The Board of Directors has approved Staffs recommendations to add many new exterior house paint color schemes!  These are available to see in two color books at the office and soon to be included on our wall.  Selected older colors have been removed, however for those that already have a removed color and would like to repaint with the same colors, these have been grandfathered in.  Please check with the HOA Office, Sherwin Williams or Dunn Edwards for paint schemes variations.
