*2026 Assessment Update*
As of January 1st 2026, The Assessment fee will be $219.00 semi-annually.
*POOL CLOSURES*
All Recreation Centers will be Closed December 25 and January 1.
*NEW KEY FOB COST*
As of January 1, 2025 the price for key fobs for recreation center access will increase to $40. As a reminder, there is only one fob allowed per property.
New bulk trash pick up with the City of Phoenix
You can now schedule your bulk pick up directly with the city of Phoenix Please do not set trash out until an appointment is made and you are within 7 days of this appointment date. You can call at 602-262-6251 to schedule your appointment.
